They charge the same service fee as Ticketmaster at the box office - what a ripoff. You cannot avoid the mandatory 30% or more service fees - bait and switch pricing. This should be illegal.

Long lines to check in and long lines at the bar. Small seats and no coat check to be found. Restroom on the bottom floor is nasty dirty. Check in line did move fast though disorganized.
