It's not the building itself it's Amtrak service, the trains are small cramped and they pack passengers on two trains and businesses and first class is practically empty also if you buy a ticket...

A train that gets you from downtown DC nonstop to within a mile of BWI in ~25 minutes and costs only $6? Deal! While not as comfortable and pretty as our Coaster, it was hitting 120mph.
