Having experienced the unsettling nature of cheap carpet, cigarette smoke seeping through the walls, and mice running ramped during winters of Baltimore, MD as a middle-class hospitality professional, James made it his purpose to research the inequalities of Real Estate. What he found was: The average American in the United States can barely afford to purchase a house without dual-income or rent a quality property without the necessity of a co-signer.
