I live near this complex and there's trash everywhere. They disregard the community's pleas to deal with it, especially at the playground outside of the apartments.

Roaches everywhere, Would never rent from them. They are very unprofessional, they also never answer the phone.

DO NOT MOVE HERE....COMMUNITY IS NOT SAFE! Arva and her staff will do absolutely nothing! Car was stolen right out of community, reported it to police and the rental office. Arva and her team...

Do not Move here, this place is getting worse and worse by the day. The leasing office never seem to know how to Answer the phones. There are also roaches in the apartments.
