Our personal care home ensures that all of our residents are cared for with gentleness and dignity within a secure environment that will make each of our residents feel like they are at home - because it is their home! The most important piece of our core foundation is our caregivers, who not only can respond to the needs of all of our residents, but also can anticipate those needs and provide them in a timely manner.

Since the 80th Anniversary of the Bethlen Home in 2001, we've started to compile a database of names and addresses of persons who once lived at the Children's Home. We held reunions in 2001 and 2003. Volunteers provide friendly visits, sometimes staying with the patient while the caregiver is out of the home. They are good listeners who provide emotional and spiritual support, run errands, read to the patient, pray together, help organize family photos and mementos, watch TV together.
