This company had the audacity to raise our rent $500 twice in a row! The amount of rent you pay is nowhere near the experience you get living here. The property is full of noise pollution....

Poor management; please beware of the Regional Manager and Property Manager. They are rude and unaccommodating for young, black residents.

they will straight up rob you off your money by using lease term solutions which charges $225 non-refundable fee as an option for $1000 security deposit. they never explained to us our options...
