History

I strarted my own psychotherapy practice because I have a passion for helping others improve the quality of their lives. I have the ability to assess a person's situation and make recommendations that have led to success. Professionals as well as personal friends urged me to open my practice because they knew I could create positive change in my clients. I have received so much pleasure and gratification by helping others and watching my business grow. Now my clients refer their friends and family which is always the best referral. If you have been thinking about going to counseling but have been hesitant in the past, I am willing to offer a free 25 minute sessions just so you can get a taste of the experience. Hopefully, it will give you the start you need in improving your life.

Specialties

I specialize in treating couples who struggle with initimacy and communication. I give them feedback and recommendations that will immensely improve the quality of their relationship. I am proud that I have been able to prevent hundreds of marriages from ending in divorce. Also, I work with children and adolescents who are experiencing anxiety and depression. I connect easily with young people and they feel very comfortable expressing their feelings with me. I view therapy as a partnership where we explore underlying issues that are interfering with a person's ability to feel happy and peaceful. Together, we confront obstacles so the client feels supported and empowered. Clients leave my office feeling more positive and more in control of their life. They have gained the tools and renewed perspective that allows them to reach goals successfully and easily.
