HistoryI began shooting weddings in college on a whim with a friend's wedding photography business. I immediately fell in love with photography! As I graduated college I immersed myself into learning the art and technique of photography while working as a Marketing Manager for a DC-based nonprofit. I used my free time to develop my skills and portfolio which lead me to shooting countless dancers and performers headshots. My work has brought me all over the country connecting with a multitude of talented and inspirational people. In 2009 a friend asked me to photograph her head shots, which kickstarted my business as a headshot and portrait photographer. In 2012 I began shooting weddings as the primary photographer. Moving forward I am currently booking portrait sessions, commercial contracts and wedding dates.
