Your entire experience here will depend on what floor you live on, and who your neighbors on. I had to tranfser apartments months into my lease after filing noise complaint after noise complaint....

Looking at moving into the city and no one demands 60 day notice. It is a horrible policy and leaves a really bad impression on the entire experience when moving on. So much for being rewarded...
