StrongSoul Fitness began as a event program to empower young individuals with self confidence, the knowledge of self-protection, and strive for a healthy lifestyle. Darnell Murphy, owner and only lead trainer is a professional mixed martial artist residing here in the DMV. Beginning his athletic career in wrestling as a youthful individual taught him out to believe and push his body to its full potential. Fast forward years later, he branched into the sport of boxing, Muay-Thai, kickboxing, and Brazilian Jui-jitsu. Combining all the practices over the years, Darnell Murphy incorporated the techniques to create a variety of programs.
