Very bad experience. I made an appointment online, and was told I had a 55 minute wait. OK, I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment time and the display said I would be seen 30 minutes...

Stylist did what I asked and it looks good. Don't buy product. $20 for a couple oz of hair spray is absurd.

Upon walking in your greeted and everything. There wasn't any wait really since I had arrived when they opened. Very friendly & social employees. The employee who cut my hair was very friendly...

I have never gotten a haircut within 30 minutes of the expected wait time. Most recently I waited a full hour when their advertised wait was 17 minutes.
