Stormwater Maintenance & Consulting was founded in 2002 to focus solely on design, construction, and maintenance of all types of stormwater infrastructure throughout the Mid-Atlantic.

Stormwater Maintenance Consulting is a boutique design and construction firm that provides civil engineering, landscape architecture, inspection, maintenance, and construction services related to stormwater management, stream restoration, and other water-related natural resources. We specialize in existing infrastructure and retrofits. With over 25 years of focused stormwater experience we have a practical understanding of stormwater infrastructure that instantly adds value for our clients. Our internal design-through-maintenance feedback loop ensures a comprehensive understanding of critical issues that inform our solutions. Simply put, the results of our daily real-world field experience constantly influence our designs, methodology, and execution. Extensive experience with the design, inspection, and maintenance of Green Infrastructure (GI), Low Impact Development (LID), and Environmental Site Design (ESD) has positioned us as an industry leader with integrated stormwater techniques and practices. Our clients include municipal governments, property/facility managers, commercial land owners, and home owners associations. We work from Richmond, VA to Philadelphia, PA. We do not work for private home owners. Stormwater - it's what we do.
