History
Growing up in a family of master cobblers, Daniel Gomberg has been around shoe making practically his entire life. Dating back to the 1940's Daniels Grandfather Boris owned one of the very first successful Shoe Repair shops in Odessa, Ukraine. Boris later went on to teach his son Eric the craft along with his son in law who happens to be Eugene of ESG Shoe Repair. In 1991 after the collapse of the Soviet Union the family migrated to the United States to begin their empire of Shoe Repair Business's. As of today the family owns and operates 3 full service Shoe Repair Shops. Charm City Shoe Repair is our newest and most convenient location. Recently opening in March 2016. We have plenty of parking and accept credit/debit. We also work on handbags, belts, leather accessories, and offer a large variety of duplicate keys and shoe care products. This guy is terrific. I wish I had taken "before" pictures of the shoes I brought in to him. They were my husband's old leather Timberland loafers that were water damaged and otherwise pretty...
