Shady Grove Strength was established in 2015. We are Montgomery County's premiere Fitness Coaching facility.

Specialties

We aren't your typical gym - we are a fitness facility. You won't find mirrors or fancy equipment. You will find all the tools necessary to build your fitness - our highly trained staff, rowers, kettlebells, wall balls, barbells, and pull up bars. Our programs are scalable and adapted to each individual's skill and ability level. (*You don't need to be in shape to start) We believe our members are our biggest asset and we strive to foster a nurturing, caring, community of fitness enthusiasts.
