The customer service was excellent. Bob was super helpful and informative about the whole process and what options we had. Facilities look very clean and the security seems to be very efficient.

Unfortunately I have not had a quiet and peaceful time with the manager who seemed to single me out for moving units - one unit added to five at approximately 1500 a month is a problem for her....

Just got another increase in rate, they keep increasing the price every few months!!!! From the special you get lured but i went from $55 to now $220 within a year. Need to find locked in storage...
