This facility seems well maintained and it was clean. I felt comfortable asking questions both with the phone support and the on-site reps. This is day one and we seem to be off to a good start.

This entire building is infested with mice. So many of my items were destroyed from mouse urine and poop. It's disgusting!!! I have complained to management many times and they just give you rat...
