Customer service was subpar. The admin is clueless. She couldn't find my insurance when I had proof. Sent me home to then call me once I'm home to indeed tell me I did have insurance. Great doctor...

The eye Dr is great she's very helpful and polite. But the staff not so much well not even the whole staff. It's the older and taller lady that wears glasses. We came in there to get some glasses...

The optometrist here is the worst. Nice lady but clearly needs to go back to school and hone her craft. I had aetna insurance got my daughter some glasses here a few years ago they were no good....
