Empowering Minds Resource Center is a Psychiatric Rehabilitation treatment program that is based on the recovery and person-centered models of rehabilitation for children and families. We specialize in providing in-home services ( offsite ) and onsite services. We understand the need to meet the client where they are. This service also includes training on daily and community living skills as well as medication monitoring and support in utilizing appropriate treatment services.
