Manager standing around, line a mile long. 2 cahiers rediculous. Clothes scattered stores sloppy and no sales help on the floor .

The cashier told me that they only do returns bought from that location. I never heard that in a store policy before.

Went to this Ross to look for maternity clothes found this cute pair of pants went to pick them up it had roaches all over it. Ended up throwing it back and left, ladies and gentleman be careful...
