This Ross is reaallllyyy rough. It is usually poorly organized, not very clean and often has long lines. The shoe section is never well organized and their selection is awful. I would rather drive...

This place used to be awesome. It's gets emptier and more sparse every time I come in,and the security guy is ridiculous. Are they so high end that they need a guard at the door?!
