Roshni Patel, CRNP

Sarah Foote, M.S., CPNP-PC is a pediatric nurse practitioner at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, Odenton Pediatrics. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree with minors in biology and theology from Alvernia University in Reading, PA, and a Master of Science degree from University of Maryland Baltimore in 2014. Prior to her career as a nurse practitioner, Sarah worked as a registered nurse at Children’s National Hospital, where she also worked as a nursing instructor. She enjoys taking care of all pediatric patients with particular interests in newborn care, allergy and eczema, and preventative medicine. Sarah lives in Anne Arundel County with her 3 children and husband.

Valerie Streeb, C.R.N.P., received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Frostburg University and Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Johns Hopkins University. N.P. Streeb enjoys partnering with patients and their families to meet their health goals. In her spare time, N.P. Streeb likes to cook new meals and spend time with her family and pets.

Stefanie Osterloh, C.R.N.P., joins the team at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians with more than thirteen years of experience in vascular, emergency and adult medicine. She earned her bachelor's degrees in microbiology and nursing, as well as her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Maryland, College Park. N.P. Osterloh manages both chronic and acute conditions with compassion and empathy. She has spent over a decade caring for patients in the community setting and has found that the relationships she builds with her patients allows her to better understand what truly matters to them in achieving their health goals. N.P. Osterloh lives in Ellicott City with her two sons, who are her perpetual sources of laughter and joy.
