The founder Rick Yancey has been in the industry since 1984. Since then he had worked for several of the waterproofing industry leaders in the metropolitan area, he was known in the industry for fixing the BBB complaints of other top waterproofing companies and from gaining this valuable experience he wanted to give his clients what they deserved and not a false conclusion or band-aid to the solution, in which he witnessed from the Eastern shores to Michigan. He started RJY Waterproofing one because he loved to solve a challenge and two he always believes in his customers never taking advantage of a situation at hand. We take pride in our company's clean record and A+ rating with the BBB. Becoming the shield for the customer is our company belief protecting them with knowledge from the industries predators is our goal and earning an opportunity to prove our company is our ultimate vision.
