I haven't yet experienced bad service here, so this review is only on their ice cream. Is it expensive? yes. But is it good? Also yes! Personally don't think the custard itself is worth the price...

I have come here multiple times and have no complaints! Staff are kind, professional, and quick to get your order out. This location usually isn't too busy, and the line (if any) moves quickly....
