Went to UPS and stopped at Rita's for a soft serve. The person was efficient, pleasant. I had the white/dark twist. Very disappointed. Neither the vanilla or chocolate had flavor. None. Good...

Terrible customer service. I ordered a gelati - absolutely terrible tasting. You'd think they would give me a refund from my second ice cream or a free one. NOPE THEY WERE LIKE "that would be $7"...
