This place has a lot of negative reviews and I've only been over but it was really tasty; basically no line (7pm on a Thursday); and friendly customer service. A lot of bad reviews for this...

Instead of paying an arm and a leg for Rita's at Six Flags, we waited until after we left the park to indulge. Been to a bunch of Rita's and this one was pretty typical. They had a decent number...

Only ONE window open at 7:30pm on a Saturday! We waited 15 minutes in a non-moving line before giving up. Judging from other reviews, this is not unusual. Sounds like time for better scheduling...
