Recently moved into a two bedroom and found out that telephone and internet can't be fixed in order to be useful. Staff says fix it yourself by paying for private alternative.

My Dad has not enjoyed living here. The apartments are ok but the infrastructure is horrible. If you are lucky enough to get an answer on the phone it will undoubtedly be the wrong department....
