The Anne Arundel County Office of Finance offers bill collection services. It provides overnight delivery, online and customer care solutions. The office issues real estate tax, personal property, front foot assessment and utility bills. It is administered by the government of Anne Arundel County in Maryland. The county operates police, planning and zoning, health, aging and disabilities, and recreation and parks departments. It also administers aerobics and adult recreation programs.

Anne Arundel County Public Schools serves more that 74,000 students in kindergarten through grade 12. It operates over 70 elementary, approximately 20 middle and more than 10 high schools. The Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities provides a variety of programs for senior citizens and persons with disabilities. It maintains a commission on disability issues that promotes and enhances the quality of life for people with disabilities. The commission also advises the county executive and the county council on the coordination and development of government policies, programs, services and allocation of resources for people with disabilities. Located in Annapolis, Md., the Anne Arundel County Department of Aging and Disabilities offers adult evaluation and review services that assist functionally challenged and chronically ill adults of 18 years and above in maintaining a quality lifestyle in their place of residence.
