I rent a unit and I had to take everything out that been damage by mice . the employee seen the unit to make sure there was no food and wrote vermin damage I used there orange doors storage...

The online process is inconvenient. You're assigned a storage unit without being able to see where it's located on the property. Also, you're given an entrance code instead of choosing your own....
