In two years, my 10x25 unit went from $180 to $440. I would avoid Public Storage in general.

Raised my rent from $140 to $335 in 5 years. Went there today and I guess I am also supposed to landscape so I can get into my unit.

Would not recommend this facility. Access to your unit in my experience is very unreliable. There is no longer any attendant working here in person, all dealings are done online. This is fine...
