Stumbled upon this outdoor festival. Lively atmosphere with people dressed up as pirates. Food, art and other vendors. One stand was for bird fanciers and they brought some cute live parrots....
Wasn't as big or crowded as I expected, but it was something to do. The parrots were cool. Could use more than one or two food vendors.
