Priority Care Clinics was founded by internationally recognized surgeon Dr. Thomas J. Raley in the fall of 2013. They reside in the Atlantic Southwestern Broom Factory, which was built in Baltimore in 1910.

They do not have an xray machine despite being an urgent care, which makes it impossible to be seen for suspected broken bones / injuries.
