It's new from recent renovated inside. Sounds do resonate but there are study rooms. The study rooms were all full when I was there but I was able to get a booth seat and get work done

I really enjoy the location and layout but, it seems to double as daycare and social space. Young kids and teens run around playing hide and seek. Adults speak and communicate at levels expected...

The studying tables were way to localized. They were in the middle of all the books and right next to the main desk. The workers talked way to loud for a library and it was impossible to focus....
