Can't get service (just putting in Freon most likely) when there's no "tech" on the premises at 12;40 pm. I was nonchalantly told to come back the next day. Not a chance!

Do not ever go to this Pep Boys (Forestville MD) if you are in a hurry or even if you just value your time. I waited an hour and a 1/2 to have them change a headlight bulb. Absolutely unacceptable!
