got chowmein and they gave me 2 noodles with a a whole cabbage, very disappointed in the service too outrageously Slow and understaff food took forever to come out

This specific location is the worst i've ever encountered. Consistently undercooked or overcooked/ burned goons. Dry old rice. Chicken that's obviously been sitting for a long time. it's a bummer...
