rude management, awful trainers. no sense of moral compass. wouldn't recommend anyone go to this awful gym

I recommend the barre class on Monday' Joyce plays good music and the work out is deceptively hard . I end up sweaty and using muscles that I need for my core strength. Try it at 11:30 Monday
