Oliveri & Associates, LLC's primary areas of practice include condominium/homeowner associations, real property, business administration, collections, commercial, construction, and general litigation. In that regard, we have represented condominium/homeowner associations for ten years and have handled various legal matters for same, including a variety of liability, construction and collection matters. My office prides itself in providing excellent service to our clients. We are most pleased that we are able to provide such service at a rate far less than most attorneys in the area. Our office also has extensive trial experience (jury and non-jury) in District and Circuit Courts of Maryland, District Court of Fairfax County, Virginia, as well as United States District Court for the District of Maryland. In addition, we have Appellate trial experience in the Court of Appeals and Court of Special Appeals of Maryland.
