We're a couple and use her for both of us. They provide quality service and were able to maintain it throughout the Covid restrictions. We find that Norma's feels more like a family than a business.

I'm trying to grow out my hair, so I asked Norma to take no more than an inch at most, and she cut at least two inches off my already short hair. It was a little sloppy, with some uneven ends....
