Resident. Elevator is non functional, Wifi sucks, they overcharge and do not have gracious subletting policies knowing students live here and are gone over the summer. Security system is terrible...

The elevator does not work half the time . One of them is not working since last October. And security is not stringent they allow anyone to come in and out and don't have a system of check in...
