Came all this way to use the self kiosk and it wasn't working. No indication at all that it wasn't working until I got to the kiosk and it said closed.

This facility is supposed to open at 8 am an I was there at exactly 8am and there was nobody. All the employees were late. They didn't start working until about 8:30 am.
