Online banking is my usual but every so often I have to go to the branch to handle some affairs. This M & T bank is located in a shopping center so parking is available but it can be a bit tight...

This is definitely not a place I'll be banking at. I entered the branch and stood in line for maybe 15 minutes only to be told I would need to sign in and have a seat before I was assisted....

The drive thru is just god awful. Poorly trained / lack of leadership. Moving to Chase I am tired of it.

Why does it take 3-4 minutes after you pull up and send the carrier = to even get acknowledged? Also they need a lesson on costumer service.
