This isn't so much about the branch as it is about the bank. After opening a new account, I had my direct deposit rejected because they "needed to make sure I wasn't opening a fraudulent account"....

Slowest atm/teller lane ever! Absolutely ridiculous. In line 20 minutes

Worst bank ever, charges exorbitant fees which they then can't explain or justify and when you question their ethics of services you might as well piss in the wind. Stupid

I/we moved and they were very helpful getting our address updated on our different accounts etc. and I also just today called them with a question and they were very nice and helpful on the phone....
