Mosaic Community Services Psychiatric Rehabilitation

SpecialtiesEach member of the therapeutic team has years of experience working in the human services field. Members are licensed clinical social workers or licensed clinical counselors providing many years of clinical and concrete services to communities. Referrals are made to partner community providers for psychiatric evaluations, medication management and other services that will improve clients functioning and enhance the therapeutic experience. In providing services we offer office appointments and also in home sessions for the disabled, seniors, and individuals who meet the qualification of having unique circumstances.
