Since our inception in 1992 we have provided friendly outdoor biking, kayaking and tubing fun for thousands of folks from around the world. The NCR Trail & Gunpowder river are free to use by the general public. Hours of operation for the park are 1/2 hour before sunrise and 1/2 hour after sunset, 365 days per year. No overnight parking allowed. We work with schools, churches, youth groups, scouts, birthday parties and wedding parties. Also, tubing is on us if it's your birthday (present proof before renting).

Tube rental guy was extremely and excessively rude. Buy your own tubes at Walmart or Amazon for $5 less than the $30 rental rate.
