Since 2011, Mixed Martial Fitness has been providing fitness, coaching, martial arts training and nutritional advice to residents of Salisbury, MD. Donta Finney is also known as Mr. Pain in the Park, named after outdoor fitness classes he has taught for years. His qualifications include:5th Degree Black Belt in Kar-Do-Jitsu Ryu, a martial art that combines Judo, Karate and Ju Jitsu.Level 1 CrossFit Trainer.Specialist in Sports Nutrition.B.S.
