Convenient, a good place to take a nap or take care of some work / business privately in between flights. There can be a wait due to limited suites available, with max time of 1 hr per check in....

This is an okay stop at BWI. The location is small, with only a few rooms. If you need to pop in for a couple hours to rest can expect a clean, comfortable room with no frills. My frustration...

I just visit the front of their establishment as a curiosity. With so many people traveling on business, with little ones on vacation I think this is a great concept.
