He fulfilled his professional dream by opening Atlantic Plastic Surgery in 2002. Dr. Arrington is a highly-trained, board-certified plastic surgeon who maintains memberships in good standing with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Medical Association.Dr. Arrington has privileges as an attending surgeon at Tidal Health Peninsula Regional, as well as the Tidal Health Surgery Center.
