Michael Ritmiller, PA-C, MPAS - Chesapeake Urology

Helen joined Chesapeake Urology in 2019 and works with patients in the Towson, Woodholme, and Westminster offices. Her areas of specialty include general urology as well as prostate cancer, with a special interest in advanced prostate cancer. She has been a PA in urology since 2013, most recently with Brandywine Urology. Helen performs assessments; performs diagnoses and treatments of patients in the hospital, ER, and office; performs consultations; and assists with surgery. She is also available for telehealth appointments.

Dr. Angell practices general urology and specializes in minimally invasive techniques to treat urological conditions. His expertise includes robotic, laparoscopic, and endoscopic management of prostate, bladder, and kidney cancer, as well as minimally invasive treatments for ureteral disease, benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH/enlarged prostate), kidney stones, and the medical and surgical management of erectile dysfunction including penile prosthesis. He also performs the UroLift procedure for the treatment of BPH/enlarged prostate.

Dr. Harbin practices all aspects of general urology and has a special interest in robotic urologic surgery, kidney cancer, prostate cancer, benign prostate disease (BPH/enlarged prostate), and kidney stones. Dr. Harbin was the first urologist in Maryland to perform Aquablation Therapy for the treatment of BPH. He joined Chesapeake Urology in 2017 following two years with Frederick Urology Specialists, Frederick, MD. He completed a fellowship in Robotic Urologic Surgery at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia in 2015.
