Solid, fair appraisal. Worked on 4 of my properties and I thought his numbers were fair given my own estimates. We sold close to what he appraised. Came on time and good price. Will use again.

This is not a company you want to hire ow work with. William Peterson lies on his appraisals. Things like saying my roof was 14+ years old when in fact it was put on 8 months ago. Said house...
