Food Tastes Good no complains on preparation however. Why promote a $25 platter and give skimpy portions at a food truck event. Seriously, I got 2 platters and left a 20% tip for your employees...

Pork bbq sandwich was delicious! Crazy good! Lean, and omg the sauce was to die for! Cole slaw was very good and crisp and the corn pudding, an unusual dish rarely found, was delicious and sweet!
