Silka Patel, M.D, MPH, is committed to patient education as the cornerstone of her clinical practice. She believes that helping patients understand their health, as well as their medical options is an important part of the doctor-patient relationship.Along with general obstetrics and gynecology, Dr. Patel also has a special interest in adolescent care. She enjoys being able to offer patients a wide variety of medical and surgical options.

Sarah Foote, M.S., CPNP-PC is a pediatric nurse practitioner at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians, Odenton Pediatrics. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree with minors in biology and theology from Alvernia University in Reading, PA, and a Master of Science degree from University of Maryland Baltimore in 2014. Prior to her career as a nurse practitioner, Sarah worked as a registered nurse at Children’s National Hospital, where she also worked as a nursing instructor. She enjoys taking care of all pediatric patients with particular interests in newborn care, allergy and eczema, and preventative medicine. Sarah lives in Anne Arundel County with her 3 children and husband.

Sajida Chaudry, M.D., MPH, practices family medicine at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians Odenton, where she also serves as office medical director. She received her medical degree from King Edward Medical University, and completed her residency in family practice at New York Medical Colleges Health Institutions.
